Course content
This section covers the Department of Civil Engineering’s English ICPM route within Civil and Hydraulic Engineering. Learning addresses leadership, strategic management, project delivery, innovation and project-management tools through a practice-oriented approach. A departmental faculty page specifically lists Professionalism, Leadership and Anti-Corruption and Project Delivery as courses taught in English for ICPM. These are verified examples rather than a complete 2027 module catalogue.
Course requirements
Applicants need a Chinese bachelor’s degree or equivalent or above and must meet the 2027 international graduate nationality rules. Submit degree and authentication, transcripts with a GPA certificate if needed, personal statement, two recommendations, ordinary passport, nationality documentation and applicable language evidence. Graduating students may initially submit expected-graduation evidence, completing degree authentication before registration. Former Chinese citizens must satisfy the six-year foreign-nationality condition as of 30 April of the enrollment year and the official nationality-document rules. ICPM requires IELTS 6.5 or TOEFL 4.5 for non-native English speakers; the catalogue also accepts an old-scale TOEFL iBT 85 from tests taken before January 2026. The 2027 dynamic catalogue sets the application rounds, closing on 3 January and 31 March 2027 at 16:00 Beijing time.
