Applicants need a Chinese bachelor’s degree or equivalent or above and must meet the 2027 international graduate nationality rules. Graduating students may initially submit expected-graduation evidence, completing degree authentication before registration. Former Chinese citizens must satisfy the six-year foreign-nationality condition as of 30 April of the enrollment year and the official nationality-document rules. TUNEM prefers academic or professional experience in nuclear engineering, management or related fields. Applicants must be capable of English-medium study; an undergraduate English-medium certificate or TOEFL/IELTS report is recommended without a stated fixed score. References should come from associate professors or higher or relevant senior professionals; a reference from CNNC, SPIC or CGN is preferred.
